" Seriously, Mom!!! You gotta come SEE this bird!!" ..that's what Brooks said first thing this morning. He spied this raptor atop the neighbor's roof early early. He hung out with his other little bird friend and had all the neighborhood birds in a tizzy. Anyone know what kind of bird this is???
